The real estate agency WORLD HOME sro, with its registered office at Táborská 378/44, 140 00 Prague 4, ID number 17862442, registered in the Commercial Register as WORLD HOME sro, C 378000, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, would like to inform you about the principles of personal data protection when processing personal data.
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 94/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"). We process your personal data in the course of our business activities, which mainly consist of providing real estate services. You provide us with the following data according to individual purposes:
1. Interested in real estate in the following scope: surname, name, email address, telephone number for the purpose of fulfilling your legitimate interest
2. Creating a demand in the scope: surname, name, email address, telephone number for the purpose of fulfilling your legitimate interest
3. Mediation of sale / rental in the scope: surname, name, email address, telephone number, postal address, bank details, date of birth, birth number, OP number, ID number for the purpose of fulfilling the contract
4. Sending commercial communications in the scope: surname, name, email address for the purpose of fulfilling your legitimate interest
All personal data is processed lawfully and transparently and only adequate, relevant and necessary data in relation to the purpose of the processing is required. In the event that we intend to process other personal data than those listed above, or for other purposes, we will do so only on the basis of additional valid consent to the processing of personal data.
Your personal data will be processed exclusively by our real estate agency as the controller. Your personal data may be transferred for the above purposes to our business partners who are necessary for the fulfillment and implementation of the purpose, in particular:
1) cooperating real estate broker
2) cooperating lawyer
3) cooperating banker
4) cooperating state notary
All personal data will continue to be processed in a lawful and transparent manner and only adequate, relevant and necessary data in relation to the purpose of the processing will be transferred.
We will process your personal data for the period during which we provide you with real estate services or for the period necessary to fulfill registration obligations under applicable law. In other cases, the processing period results from the purpose of the processing, to which it must be proportionate.
In relation to the processing of your personal data by us, you have the following rights:
a) Right of access: you can ask us at any time for our confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and if so, for what purpose, to what extent, to whom they are disclosed, for how long we will process them, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, where we obtained the personal data from and whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is being carried out based on the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, the first provision of which is free of charge, and for subsequent provision a reasonable payment of administrative costs may be required.
b) Right to rectification: you can ask us at any time to correct or supplement your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
c) Right to erasure: We must erase your personal data if a) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,
b) the processing is unlawful, c) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or d) we are required to do so by law. d) Right to restriction of processing: Until we have resolved any disputed issues regarding the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data so that we can only store them and, where applicable, use them for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
e) Right to object: you may object to the processing of your personal data that we process on the basis of a legitimate interest. In such a case, we will no longer process the personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests or rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: if you believe that our real estate agency is not processing your personal data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the country of your habitual residence, place of employment or place where the alleged infringement of the rules on the processing of personal data occurred;
g) the right to data portability: you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit these data to another controller, where the processing of personal data is based on a) consent or a contract and b) the processing is carried out by automated means.
h) the right to be informed of a personal data breach: where a personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we will notify you of the breach without undue delay.
i) The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data: if we process any of your personal data based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time in writing by sending your objection to the processing of personal data to the e-mail address info@worldhome.cz .

This Privacy Policy is effective from 1.1.2023.
